When I visited NASA in Florida I suddenly understood why the Americans are more risk-taking then Europeans, from in their childhood Americans are getting confronted with going on adventures, takings risks, exploring whats beyond and they are stimulated to do so.

And most important of all, they are stimulated to learn from there mistakes.

In childhood and education, you are confronted with limits and boundaries, those limits and boundaries are one of the fundamental reasons why in the American culture risk-taking is more present and accepted.
